Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. At etc we only ask you for personal information that we need in order to work with you. We don’t share that personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect our rights. We only store the personal information we need to perform our services. We will not expose your personal information to the public.

Elder Transition Care (“etc”) operates one website, eldertransitioncare.com, which does not collect personal information other than information that the website visitor chooses to send to etc via email. Specifically, if visitors would like a free consultation, the etc website provides a template that the visitor can use to generate an email with contact information.

Etc discloses potentially personally-identifying information only to those of its employees and sub-contractors that (i) need to know that information, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. By using etc’s services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Etc will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying information to anyone, but may disclose potentially personally-identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or if etc believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of etc, third parties, or the public at large.

If you send your contact information to etc, etc may occasionally send you an email to solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with etc activities. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a comment about our services, we reserve the right to publish it without direct attribution. Etc takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying information.

The etc website does not store information on its visitor’s computers, nor does it present advertisements to its visitors. Etc’s website does not accept comments.

If etc were to be acquired or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that would be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of etc may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Etc reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy from time to time, as necessary, and at the sole discretion of etc. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
